Shop Angelina Website Design/Development

The Challenge:

Angelina is an eclectic store specializing in stationary, gifts and accessories.  Their Northshore, Chicago shop did well, but they had no website.  In addition to wanting a web presence, they asked us to set up an e-commerce business so that they could sell their merchandise online.  Like many web newcomers, they also needed help setting up their company’s social media.

The Gameplan:

  • Design and build a beautiful, intuitive site to reflect the eclectic variety of the store’s products.
  • Create an e-commerce section that’s intuitive for the customer and simple to manage for the business owners.
  • Implement social media strategy to engage existing customers and attract new customers.

The Big Win:

WebRev was able to give Angelina a vibrant, welcoming website that perfectly represents the store’s curated feel.  We wanted visitors to the site to feel the same kind of warmth that the store offers.  A beautiful image of the store invites users to enter the virtual store, where they can browse and checkout with ease.  A drop-down menu on the homepage allows online shoppers to easily find what they’re looking for, making for an optimized user experience, and a happy customer.  The website also integrates links to the store’s Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter accounts, all of which have encouraged visitors to share their interest in the business.  The attractive website, streamlined e-commerce feature, and adoption of our social media strategies have all conspired to raise Angelina’s bottom line.
